CUSTOM AND EXCISE CONSULTANCY

MOOWR SCHEMES

 It is a duty deferment scheme to simplify the compliance  issue of manufacturers and other operations under Sec. 65 of the Custom Act, 1962.

CUSTOM CLEARANCE SERVICES

 Customs clearance is the process of declaring goods to Customs authorities when entering or leaving a country. Individuals or businesses can do this. Goods subject to customs clearance include items that are being imported or exported, as well as personal effects and commercial shipments. 

FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES

 Freight forwarding Services play an important role in the transportation industry by helping companies streamline the process of shipping goods. Importing and exporting can quickly become costly and time-consuming for manufacturers with bulk shipping needs, and freight forwarders can help companies decrease costs and increase operation efficiency. 

Deemed Export

 "Deemed Exports" refer to those transactions in which the goods supplied do not leave the country, and the payment for such supplies is received either in Indian rupees or in free foreign exchange.  

EPCG SCHEME

  The objective of the Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) Scheme is to facilitate import of capital goods for producing quality goods and services and enhance India's manufacturing competitiveness. EPCG Scheme allows import of capital goods for pre-production, production and post-production at zero customs duty.  Alternatively, the exporter may also procure Capital Goods from domestic market in accordance with provisions of paragraph 5.07 of FTP.  

IGST REFUND

 The IGST refund module is an in-built mechanism to automatically grant refund after validating the Shipping Bill data with available in ICES and the corresponding GST Returns data duly transmitted by GSTN common portal.
